The 64-68 4-speed Shifter Linkage Kit I purchased appears to have been discontinued, the replacement kit is the 64-67 4-speed Shifter Linkage Kit (linked above). This kit was never installed on the car, the issue with the shifter was fixed without needing to use this kit.
