1965 Corvette Sting Ray Convertible

From 1965 onwards there were significant improvements to the C2 Sting Ray. Standard 4-wheel disc brakes, functional fender louvers for better engine cooling, a redesigned more comfortable interior and an "aircraft inspired" instrument cluster.

This example is best described as an older restoration, that still presents very well, in the original colour combination, that has just undergone a comprehensive mechanical, electrical & interior refurbishment.

A Borgeson fast ratio power steering conversion was installed, and the brakes were upgraded to Power “dual circuit” for improved safety and a more modern driving experience.

Powered by the popular L79 350hp 327 and Muncie M21 close ratio transmission. Also equipped with the optional hardtop and soft top, Knock Off wheels, near new Firestone white wall tyres and tinted glass.

Folders full of receipts and original documents, way too much to list and needs nothing, but the new owner to enjoy this appreciating classic.
