Correspondence with Bill Gould (Part 4)
Part 4 of my correspondence with Corvette historian Bill Gould from Auto Ancestry.
"Chris, more good news! I spoke with Mike DiCola. He was very friendly. He has a file for the car and will mail it to me. I promised to reimburse him for shipping and I hope you will do the same for me when I send it to you. He said that there is a lot of material.
Mike bought the car from Kassabian Motors in Dublin California who was selling for Galen Dea. The papers that Mike is sending to me has notes from Galen’s ownership. Mike said he was never able to find Galen.
Mike bought the car in 1997 and sold in 2000 to a man in Texas who I assume was Gary Batson. That fills in the ownership history from 1991 when Glen Folks sold the car to Galen.
Today I received one envelope back from Glenn Folks as undeliverable. I cannot find him."
